Automotive General Manager
Location: Montgomery, TX
Pay: $100K Base + 9% Net Profit Bonus (OTE $180K–$200K+)

Our client is looking for a proven General Manager who knows how to drive revenue, culture, and accountability inside a high-performing independent automotive repair shop.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Full P&L ownership of the Montgomery location
- Driving sales performance, net profit, and operational efficiency
- Hiring, coaching, and developing Service Advisors & Technicians
- Building a high-accountability, high-performance culture
- Monitoring KPIs: ARO, car count, GP%, technician productivity, closing ratio
- Ensuring an elite customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Managing workflow, production, and shop capacity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in automotive shop leadership (GM, Store Manager, or high-level Service Manager)
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
- Strong leadership presence—can hold people accountable and inspire performance
- Deep understanding of independent shop operations (NOT just dealership structure)
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments
- KPI-driven mindset with the ability to coach teams to hit numbers
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 Base Salary
- 9% Net Profit Bonus
- OTE: $180,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped potential)
